What projects does Fitout Concept deliver?
We deliver and coordinate fitouts for offices, commercial premises, showrooms and investment apartments. The scope is agreed after a discussion and review of the space. At the outset, we confirm exactly which elements we will take responsibility for, so the scope is clear to everyone involved.
Do you work only in Warsaw?
Our office is in Warsaw, but we deliver projects throughout Poland. We confirm logistics for each location before preparing an offer. Before work begins, we record the agreed scope, responsibilities and communication process, so the client knows what to expect at every stage.
Can you coordinate the entire project?
Yes. We can manage the schedule, teams, deliveries, installation, reporting and handover, giving the client one point of contact. We flag important decisions and potential risks early, allowing the client to stay in control without having to manage every contractor personally.
How do we start working together?
Send the location, approximate floor area, intended date, project description and available documents. We will clarify the scope and propose the next step. Once we have reviewed the materials, we respond with a clear next step: what we can take on, what information is still needed and how to proceed.
Do you provide a quotation before work starts?
Yes. We first establish the requirements and condition of the space, then provide the scope, cost assumptions and schedule. We favour realistic commitments, so we confirm the details only after checking the project information and conditions on site.
