What can a fitout package include?
It may include a site audit, finishing and installation works, equipment assembly, delivery coordination, handover and post-opening service. At the outset, we confirm exactly which elements we will take responsibility for, so the scope is clear to everyone involved.
Can we order only one stage of the work?
Yes. We can carry out a selected scope, such as installation, remedial work or handover, or coordinate the whole project. Before work begins, we record the agreed scope, responsibilities and communication process, so the client knows what to expect at every stage.
What determines the project price?
The main factors are floor area, condition of the premises, material standard, installation scope, deadline and logistics. We flag important decisions and potential risks early, allowing the client to stay in control without having to manage every contractor personally.
How long does it take to prepare an offer?
We can discuss an initial scope after receiving the basic information. A full quotation depends on the project size and completeness of the documents. Once we have reviewed the materials, we respond with a clear next step: what we can take on, what information is still needed and how to proceed.
Can you arrange materials and equipment?
Yes. The experience gained across numerous projects has given us a trusted network of manufacturers, suppliers and specialist partners. We can source standard materials on favourable terms as well as less readily available solutions and products from established brands. Orders can also be received and held in our warehouses, then delivered to site in line with the work schedule. This reduces downtime, the number of separate deliveries and the risk of materials arriving too early or too late. As a result, the fitout, furnishing or relocation runs more smoothly, without the client having to organise every purchase, transport and installation separately.
Do you provide support after handover?
Yes. Depending on the agreement, we handle remedial, supplementary and maintenance work after the space opens. Any post-completion support is defined in the offer, making it clear which responsibilities continue after handover.
