Why Poland

A large market, central location,
lower costs than in Western Europe

Poland is one of Central Europe’s largest markets, with access to the European Union and a well-developed logistics network. For companies from Eastern Europe and CIS countries, it is often the first step towards an EU presence.

Rental, fit-out and labour costs remain competitive with Western Europe, while the growing commercial property market creates opportunities for offices, commercial premises and rental apartments.

The challenge is not finding premises. It is organising people, suppliers and formalities locally while the decision-making team is abroad. That is the problem we solve.

Process

How market entry works

You make key decisions remotely while we inspect the premises, coordinate delivery and report progress through to handover of the completed space.

01

Remote meeting and briefing

We learn your needs, budget and timeline, and gather requirements for the location and character of the space.

02

Location selection and audit

We inspect the premises on site and prepare photo documentation and a risk list before you decide.

03

Formal matters

We connect you with trusted partners for company registration, accounting and permits, so you do not need to source each provider separately.

04

Fit-out and installation

We coordinate deliveries, teams and installation. Daily photo reports show progress without requiring your presence on site.

05

Handover and launch

A handover protocol, snag list and a space ready for work, sales or tenant move-in.

Formal matters

No need to find a lawyer and accountant separately

Testimonials

Experience of clients working with us remotely

"

We managed the project remotely from Kyiv, but daily photos and a clear schedule gave us confidence that nothing was being missed. It genuinely felt as though we had our own people on the ground.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be in Poland during the project?

No. Regular reports, photographic records and one point of contact allow remote management. We agree how key decisions will be made before starting. At the outset, we confirm exactly which elements we will take responsibility for, so the scope is clear to everyone involved.

Which languages can you communicate in?

We can communicate in Polish, Russian, English and German, depending on the project requirements. Before work begins, we record the agreed scope, responsibilities and communication process, so the client knows what to expect at every stage.

How can I monitor progress remotely?

We agree a reporting schedule, send photographs and stage updates, and identify decisions needed to keep the project on track. We flag important decisions and potential risks early, allowing the client to stay in control without having to manage every contractor personally.

How long does it take to prepare a space?

Timing depends on floor area, condition and scope. We confirm a realistic schedule after reviewing documents or inspecting the space. Once we have reviewed the materials, we respond with a clear next step: what we can take on, what information is still needed and how to proceed.

What spaces do you support for international investors?

We coordinate offices, commercial premises, showrooms and investment apartments throughout Poland. We favour realistic commitments, so we confirm the details only after checking the project information and conditions on site.
