Send the location, floor area, photos or plans, a short description, intended date and contact details. We will identify anything else required. At the outset, we confirm exactly which elements we will take responsibility for, so the scope is clear to everyone involved.
Is the first conversation binding?
No. It helps us understand the project and establish whether we can support the required scope and timing. Before work begins, we record the agreed scope, responsibilities and communication process, so the client knows what to expect at every stage.
Can you arrange a site visit?
Yes, when needed for assessment. We agree the time, location and conditions individually after the initial discussion. We flag important decisions and potential risks early, allowing the client to stay in control without having to manage every contractor personally.
