Full coordination of the entire apartment portfolio — for investors and property managers without a team in Poland.
Work begins with handover, a defect list and delivery plan. For multiple apartments we create one schedule and a separate control sheet for each unit. We coordinate installation, furniture placement, corrections and photography. The investor receives one report and clear portfolio status, and completed units go to the rental operator on the agreed date.
Yes. We handle individual apartments as well as portfolios of investment units, depending on scope and location. At the outset, we confirm exactly which elements we will take responsibility for, so the scope is clear to everyone involved.
Yes. We can coordinate finishing, deliveries, equipment installation, corrections and preparation for the tenant or operator. Before work begins, we record the agreed scope, responsibilities and communication process, so the client knows what to expect at every stage.
We can take part in the inspection and prepare a list of visible defects within the scope agreed before the visit. We flag important decisions and potential risks early, allowing the client to stay in control without having to manage every contractor personally.
We use a common standard, schedule and checklists, documenting progress so the investor can track each unit. Once we have reviewed the materials, we respond with a clear next step: what we can take on, what information is still needed and how to proceed.
We need plans, floor area, photos or developer standard, expected finish, number of units, address and intended date. We favour realistic commitments, so we confirm the details only after checking the project information and conditions on site.
